Training

As we strive for an excellent customer experience Granite House of Help LLC provides to all staff an education employee program and a continuing professional development assistance toward goals-centered which is providing the highest quality service to our clients.

Part 1: The Fundamentals of Caregiving

Granite House of Help LLC In Home care Services trains all staff and checks competency before to be assigned a client. With many of topics training that includes:

 

  • The Fundamentals of Caregiving I & II (Module for Personal care assistance, home-maker chore companionship, cleaning, and relocation services)

  • Advanced personal care and respite care with LPN & RN

  • Basic hygiene supervision and assistance and Safe Hand Washing training

  • HIPAA and Confidentiality training

  • Infection Control

  • First Aid and CPR training

  • Safety precautions

  • Use of technology devices and Software for care.

  • Alzheimer and Dementia Training

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

  • Vitals signs and entries data

  • Nutrition

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Body Mechanics

  • Maintenance of a clean and safe environment

  • Special Needs of the Elderly

  • Mental Health Training

  • Client financial record management training

  • Sexual harassment

Part 2 Nursing Training

Granite House of Help LLC in Case management equip his professional training before client’s assignments with a passing score of 70% of assessment. Training included those topics:
