Granite House of Help provides families and individuals with the help they need. We provide all the home healthcare services and home care service such as personal care assistant services on a day-to-day basis to improve our clients’ living conditions and make a difference in their lives.

Our staff are all fully insured, excellent drivers with reliable transportation. We use electronic devices to track work records. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we believe that it is better to provide services at the client's home, rather than have them moved to a facility.

  • We provide personal care assistance, homemaker chore companionship, home modification, cleaning, and relocation services

  • We help with day programs and level supervision in patient's homes and at a setting Nursing home facility.

  • Our Skilled caregivers’ services include medication setups, wound care, teaching and training, IV Therapy and other Skilled Services, by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and
